If you are laid off and lose your job during the term of your lease, you may terminate your lease agreement without penalty. Shea is a family owned and operated business, and we want to help other families rent worry free. We understand that in the current economic climate, many people are hesitant to commit to a lease, but with the Resident’s Rent Protection Plan we can offer renters a sense of security with flexibility if they unexpectedly lose their job.
The Resident’s Rent Protection Plan is available to any resident who signs a lease, or any current resident who renews their lease when it expires. See the leasing office for more details and a copy of the addendum.
