Corporate Credit Application - complete and sign.
Security Deposit - A full security deposit is required to rent a corporate apartment. The deposit can be made by company check, cashier's check, credit card or money order.
Deposit Amount Per Bedroom Type:
Corporate Letter of Responsibility - an officer of the company must complete and sign the LOR.
Corporate Hold Fee Agreement - signature required.
Corporate Application Fee - $80
Renter's Insurance - Provide proof of renter's insurance for the term of the lease. Minimum $100,000 general or commercial liability.
Federal Tax ID - You will be required to provide your company's Federal Tax ID number in order to process your application.
Rent - The first months' rent is due upon move-in and can be paid by company check, cashier's check, Visa, Mastercard or money order. The remaining months' rent must be paid by company check or cashier's check.
All paperwork must be typed on company letterhead and be completed within three days of application and deposit. Corporate apartments need a minimum of three days to set-up after approval. A corporate officer from your company must complete and sign all documents prior to approval by Shea Management.
