Canopy proudly participates in the Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) program to help provide affordable housing to those with limited income in the Shoreline community.

Income Limits

To qualify for Shoreline’s MFTE program, households must be within the city’s defined income limits. Visit Shoreline’s affordable housing website to determine if your household income is at or below the maximum limit, measured as a percentage of AMI (area median income). Canopy’s income restrictions are listed below.
