How To Refer

Complete the Resident Referral Form below before your friend or family member contacts the community or have them provide your name when they first reach out.
To qualify for the referral fee, your referral will need to sign a minimum 12-month lease, and you’ll need to be a current Shea Apartments resident when they move in. The referral fee will be issued as a rent credit.
Referral fee amounts vary by community and are based on the offer available at the community your referral moves into. Please contact the community for the current referral amount and eligibility requirements.
