IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR OUR RESIDENTS AND CUSTOMERS

Shea Apartments is committed to maintaining the health and well-being of our residents and customers. We are continuing to closely monitor the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local health agencies for the latest developments on COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines.

Online Leasing and Virtual Tours Available
Please give us a call in our office for virtual tour options. Our teams are happy to help you lease an apartment online from the comfort of your home. We also invite you to take advantage of the photo galleries, community maps and floor plans on our website.

Temporary Office and Amenity Closures
For the safety of our residents, their families and our associates, we have temporarily closed our community offices. Our team members will remain available by phone and email. In addition, we have closed all common area amenity spaces which includes Fitness Centers, Business Centers, Pools/Spas, Coffee Service, etc. All previously scheduled resident events and amenity reservations have been canceled until further notice.

Common Areas
Laundry, mail and parcel rooms will remain open, but we encourage residents to practice social distancing when visiting these areas. Our teams are thoroughly cleaning these areas throughout the day along with other public spaces like the elevators.

Package Procedures
Residents will not be able to pick up packages in the office during this time. Our associates are working with residents to find the best solution for package delivery.

Service Requests
We are limiting resident service calls to urgent issues only, such as:
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Water Intrusion [based on severity]
  • No Hot Water
  • No Gas/Electricity/Heat
  • Non-working appliances
Service requests cannot be submitted through the Resident Portal at this time. If a resident has an urgent service request, we ask that you call the office. All non-emergency service requests will need to be submitted at a future date. To help with some of the most common maintenance concerns, we posted a blog with “Do It Yourself” maintenance tips featuring helpful videos.

We recognize that these are unsettling times and we want you to know that your well-being is of utmost priority to us. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
