This national recognition is the "gold standard" of online reputation in the multifamily industry. To make the Elite 1% list, properties must achieve a minimum Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score of 94 and maintain a significant volume of positive resident feedback. Out of more than 140,000 properties monitored nationwide, only a fraction of a percent reach this level of excellence.
What is the ORA™ Score?
The ORA™ score is a statistical model developed by J Turner Research that aggregates and analyzes online ratings across 20+ review sites and Internet Listing Services (ILS). By consolidating these reviews into a single 0-100 score, it provides a transparent, "apples-to-apples" look at how residents truly feel about their living experience.
